The Administrative Office Building, located at 18 River Street off the HF traffic circle, serves as the base for the administrative, and human resources operations of the program.

Hours of operation:
Monday through Friday
8:00 am - 4:00 pm, year round
Closed all school holidays with the exception of winter and spring break weeks.
