Washington County Head Start / Early Head Start and Child Care Programs, New York

The Administrative and Fiscal Office Building, located in the former St. Paul’s Church Rectory, serves as the base for the administrative, fiscal and human resources operations of the program. Additional space is utilized by administrators of the nutrition/health, mental health and Early Head Start services. The program’s literacy specialist offers on-site programs and trainings in all centers and also shares an office in the Administrative Building.

Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, year round, closed all school holidays with the exception of winter and spring break weeks.
