Washington County Head Start / Early Head Start and Child Care Programs, New York

The St. Paul's River St. Center is located at 18 River Street, Hudson Falls in the central and western area of Washington County. This center was originally a large Catholic school building, which has been completely renovated. The center has three full-day full year classrooms with 45 Head start children and 8 Early Head Start children attending from Hudson Falls and Fort Edward. There are 4 teaching teams, 3 family workers and a cook/bus driver serving at this site.

The program also has office space for the disabilities coordinator, Health Services Manager and 2 Mental Health Counselors and a parent room, staff room, all-purpose room, large kitchen, play therapy room, and utility room. We are currently renting one classroom to the United Cerebral Palsy program. There is a large, well-equipped outdoor playground space.
