Health and Nutrition: It is our philosophy that good health and nutrition are basic necessities for personal well being and happiness, and that they are indispensable elements in a child’s growth and development. We encourage every effort to provide the children, families and staff with the support needed to prevent illness, promote a well-balanced diet, and maintain optimum wellness. We consider early screening and assessments, health and nutrition education to be vital factors in this effort, as well as helping each family establish and maintain an adequate “medical home” with health care providers. We are committed to help each family by offering support and assistance to achieve these goals.
