Washington County Head Start / Early Head Start and Child Care Programs, New York

Transportation: Washington County Head Start has a "fleet" of 11 busses, and 21 vans, which transport approximately 250 children to the center based program, and 15 Home Visitors to carry out the Home Based program. We have a transportation staff of 20 people, including full time drivers, substitutes, and a transportation manager. The transportation area covers all of Washington County, from Hampton, N.Y. to the Schaghticoke border, Eagle Bridge, and all points in between Washington County.
